PS4 Extremely Slow Download Speed

For some reason, my PS4 is painfully slow at downloading anything, and I can't figure out why. I'm currently downloading the update at mb, and it's taking me 30 minutes to download. The agonizingly slow download speeds of Sony's PlayStation Network are well-documented. Many fixes have been theorized over the years, but if none of those worked for you, this one likely will. How to solve extremely slow download speeds? In light of the recent release, I thought I'd ask the question to see if anyone can help. My PS4 download speed is painfully slow.
